We use this information to provide customers and prospects with solutions and services.  We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties who are facilitating Boundree solutions and services.  We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.

As is true of most other websites, the website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location of the device accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of the website, including a history of pages viewed. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs. Information about Boundree customers and prospects are maintained in a cloud-based CRM hosted by third parties located in the United States. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval. On occasion, Boundree may engage third parties to assist in sending Boundree related information or to support logistical information.  Personal data is retained for the duration of the customer or prospects business relationship with Boundree and for historical and archiving purposes only.

Boundree is limited to business in the United States and therefore will not collect or process information outside of the United States and utilizing Boundree solutions and services, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your data in the United States. 

To help protect the privacy of data and personally identifiable information transmitted through use of this Site, we maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to personal data to those employees who need to know that information to provide benefits or services. In addition, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information.
